Working with a diverse student body, houseparents play an important role in guiding each child's development.
We provide substantial training and support as houseparents oversee all aspects of daily living, including meals, chores, extracurricular participation and homework; and collaborate with teachers, administrators and sponsors to facilitate student success. |
- A starting salary of $50,000+ per couple

Our basic criteria for employment
(additional requirements will apply):
- Couples must be legally married at least 3 years.
- Each person must be at least 27 years of age.
- Each person must have a valid driver's license.
- Experience working with children/youth preferred.
